What we’ve done so far

• Built pages using semantic HTML.

• Added descriptive alt text for product and editorial images.

• Designed with contrast and legible type scales to support readability.

• Ensured primary navigation and key interactions are keyboard-accessible.

• Provided captions/transcripts for major video content when available.

• Run automated and manual accessibility checks during development and before major releases.

• Trained our team on accessible content best practices (alt text, clear links, headings, and image descriptions).​

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continuously review and update the site, fix issues as they are found, and prioritize improvements based on user feedback and audit findings. We also plan periodic manual audits (including testing with assistive technologies such as screen readers) and will remediate issues discovered through those reviews.

Known limitations

Because our site contains third-party content, embedded widgets, and rapidly changing product media (images, videos, user-generated content), there may be occasional pages or elements that do not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. When we become aware of a specific problem, we work to fix it promptly.
