This California Consumer Privacy Statement supplements our Global Privacy Notice and applies only to California residents. It describes how Bari Jewelry (we, us, our) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information about California consumers, and explains the rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We do not intentionally collect or use sensitive personal information (as defined by California law) for purposes of inference, but if our practices change we will update this notice.

If we have engaged in any sales or sharing (for cross-context behavioral advertising) during the prior 12 months, we will list the categories of information and the purposes. As of the date above, Bari Jewelry does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide opt-out mechanisms.
