Do you ship worldwide?
Bari Jewelry ships internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We offer expedited options at checkout — choose the shipping method that best fits your timeline.

What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer standard and expedited shipping. U.S. standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more; otherwise standard rates apply. Expedited shipping options and costs appear at checkout. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout; duties and taxes may be added upon delivery.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking number and expected delivery date. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your package. If you have issues, contact support with your order number and we’ll help locate it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing soon after they’re placed. If you need to change or cancel, email support with your order number as soon as possible; we’ll do our best to assist. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are securely processed by our payment provider; we never store full payment card details on our servers.

Are your pieces real gold/sterling/gemstones?
Each product page lists the materials used. We prioritize transparency: where materials are recycled, ethically sourced, or lab-grown, we say so in the description.

What does “limited-edition” / “one-of-a-kind” mean?
“Limited-edition” pieces are produced in small runs; “one-of-a-kind” items are unique single pieces. Availability is final—if a one-of-a-kind sells out, it’s not restocked.

Do you sell gift cards?
