Devoluciones, envíos y cambios
Queremos que ames tu pieza Bari. Si por alguna razón no estás completamente satisfecho, aceptamos devoluciones de artículos sin usar ni modificar, en su estado y embalaje originales, dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega (consulta las excepciones a continuación). Esta política provisional explica cómo funcionan las devoluciones, los cambios, los reembolsos y los envíos.

Returns — key points

Return window: You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return eligible items.

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, tissue, tags, and any promotional or complimentary items received).

Missing items/packaging: If any original packaging, complimentary gifts, or promotional items are not returned, the value of the missing items will be deducted from your refund or charged to the original payment method.

Ineligible items: Custom, engraved, altered, personalized items, and certain limited-edition or collaboration pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange—these exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Return shipping cost: Returns are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item or incorrect item shipped). If Bari Jewelry is at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

How to start a return

Email info@barijewelry.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.

We’ll respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization (RMA) and prepaid label. Do not send returns without prior authorization—unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the packing slip or order confirmation. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping for returns. Bari Jewelry is not responsible for returns lost in transit if a prepaid label was not provided.

Refunds & processing

Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds are processed after the item passes inspection.

Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days from our receipt of the return for inspection and refund processing. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment method and bank.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit at our discretion.

Partial refunds / charges: If packaging or complimentary items are missing, or if returned items show wear or damage, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return. We will notify you before any charge is made.

Exchanges

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund once we receive your returned item.

Process: Email info@barijewelry.com to request an exchange. Follow the return process above and indicate the desired replacement item.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact info@barijewelry.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or a prepaid return and cover any reasonable return shipping costs related to our error.

Shipping

Standard shipping: Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before taxes). For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply.

Expedited shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please select the shipping method that best meets your timeline—expedited fees will apply.

International shipping: International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees unless otherwise stated. Return shipping from outside the U.S. is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to Bari Jewelry’s error.

Shipping liability: Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. For returns, we recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and you have the original gift receipt, we will process the return to the original purchaser or offer store credit at our discretion. If the original purchaser cannot be identified, we may issue store credit to the recipient.
